Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, with any additional or prorated charge shown before you confirm. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle and are subject to the new plan limits.
What happens when I hit my member limit?
We'll send you a friendly notification when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade anytime with one click to unlock unlimited members.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Absolutely. Every Pro plan comes with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. You will only be charged if you explicitly select a paid subscription and authorize payment. Otherwise, trial-only features end and any continued free access follows the free plan limits.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel in account settings before renewal to stop the next charge. Paid access continues until the end of the billing period unless you separately delete your account or access is suspended or terminated under our terms. Contact legal@huddlespot.io if you cannot access cancellation controls.
Are platform subscriptions refundable?
We do not routinely refund cancellations or unused time. Legally required refunds, billing-error remedies, and agreed Enterprise refund terms still apply. If HuddleSpot ends your paid service without your breach, we refund the unused prepaid portion. Purchases from community builders follow their separate purchase terms and applicable law.
What payment methods do you accept?
Use the payment methods offered at checkout. Enterprise payment arrangements may be agreed in a signed order.
